House Washing in Columbus, Ohio

This property owner in Columbus owns several properties and needed them cleaned. His insurance company had threatened to end his insurance plan if the houses weren't clean. He gave us a call to have the houses washed and we came out and washed both houses the same day. Both houses were covered in mold and organic growth. The gutters were also filthy and needed washed badly. This property owner chose right when he chose Mike's Power Washing. We quoted the houses at a very reasonable price and were able to get the job done the following day.

First, we sprayed the house in our pre-treatment and let it soak for about 15 minutes. After that we noticed that certain areas would require extra treatment, so we re-sprayed those areas to get any remaining dirt off of the siding. After that we sprayed the house off with our pressure washer to get any remaining dirt off of the siding. After all of that was done, we sprayed off any plants or grass that could have been affected by the pre-treatment.

After the washing was done, the customer was very happy with how the houses turned out, and said he would keep in touch with us for when he wants to clean his other properties. We had solved his problems with his insurance company, and also added a lot of value to the houses!
